The purpose of this role is to carry out the assigned duties, which include but no limit to:
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop clear job descriptions.
Design and post job advertisement on relevant job boards and social media platforms.
Source qualified candidates through various channels, including online databases, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and cover letters to shortlist the most promising candidates.
Screening, conducting first interview, and arrange interview for Hiring Managers.
Conduct reference checks and handle background screening processes (where applicable).
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Build a strong network of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Arrange all new employees attend the pre-employment health check.
Follow up candidates’ offer negotiation, offer signing and on-boarding.
Arrange all new comers attend the Orrientation Training Program.
Make payment to sub-contractors.
Other duties assigned by HR Advisor – Recruitment.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
Other Requirements:
2 years working experience in recruiting role.
Experience in HR Database/ Software.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
Computer literate, especially MS. Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Intranet and Internet.
High level of integrity and initiative.
