PVD Training, đang tìm kiếm những chuyên gia hàng đầu để gia nhập đội ngũ triển khai dự án khoan và hoàn thiện giếng ngoài khơi Việt Nam. Đây là dự án trọng điểm thực hiện tại Bể NCS (cách đất liền 340km), sử dụng giàn Semisubmersible-TAD trong điều kiện Cao áp Cao nhiệt (HPHT) và vỉa áp suất suy giảm cực kỳ phức tạp.

1. Drilling & Completion Advisor / Manager

• Kinh nghiệm: Trên 25 năm trong ngành Dầu khí; am hiểu sâu về quản trị chi phí (AFE), cấp phép và điều hành các giếng khoan HPHT.
• Vai trò: Chiến lược gia điều hành, chịu trách nhiệm về giao diện và mối quan hệ với các bên liên quan của dự án.

2. Drilling Superintendent

• Kinh nghiệm: Trên 25 năm; có kinh nghiệm quản lý vận hành giàn Semisubmersible-TAD cho ít nhất một giếng HPHT.
• Vai trò: Thủ lĩnh vận hành tại hiện trường, đảm bảo an toàn tuyệt đối (HSE) và quản lý các hoạt động đồng thời (SIMOPS).

3. Senior Completion Engineer

• Yêu cầu: Am hiểu sâu các tiêu chuẩn API/NORSOK về tính toàn vẹn của giếng trong môi trường khắc nghiệt.

4. Senior Rig & Platform Interface Supervisor

• Kinh nghiệm: Trên 25 năm; chuyên gia điều phối giao diện giữa giàn khoan TAD và giàn đầu giếng (wellhead platform).
• Vai trò: Quản lý việc nâng cấp/sửa đổi thiết bị giàn, hệ thống neo giữ và các quy trình thử nghiệm chấp nhận (SIT/Acceptance testing)

PVD Training, is seeking world-class experts to join our drilling and completion campaign, offshore Vietnam. This strategic project is located in the NCS Basin (340km offshore), utilizing a Semisubmersible-TAD rig under extreme High Pressure High Temperature (HPHT) and depleted reservoir conditions.

1. Drilling & Completion Advisor / Manager

• Experience: Over 25 years in the Oil & Gas industry; deep knowledge of cost control (AFE), permitting, and HPHT wellsite operations.
• Role: Strategic operational leader responsible for interfacing and maintaining positive relationships with project stakeholders.

2. Drilling Superintendent

• Experience: Over 25 years; proven record of managing Semisubmersible-TAD rig operations for at least one HPHT development well.
• Role: Operational field leader ensuring absolute safety (HSE) and managing simultaneous operations (SIMOPS).

3. Senior Completion Engineer

• Expertise: Specialist in multi-stage hydraulic fracturing completion design and stress/load analysis using Landmark or equivalent software.
• Requirements: Strong understanding of API/NORSOK standards for completion design and well integrity in challenging environments.

4. Senior Rig & Platform Interface Supervisor

• Experience: Over 25 years; expert in coordinating the interface between TAD rigs and wellhead platforms.
• Role: Oversight of rig equipment modifications, mooring systems, and SIT/acceptance testing procedures.
