PVC-MS - Commercial & Marketing Officer

PVC-MS is now looking for qualified and experienced Commercial & Marketing Officer to join our team as follows:

Job Description:

1. Key responsibilities:

a. Procurement:

• Survey market, study the price of materials/ equipment and potential/ prestige Suppliers.
• Prepare Procurement Plan and Request for Quotation (RFQ).
• Issue RFQ/ ITB to Bidders.
• Support technical disciplines in technical clarification with Bidders.
• Evaluate Bidder’s Commercial Proposal, commercial negotiation and issue Letter of Intent (LOI) to the awarded Bidder.
• Compose and issue Purchase Orders to Vendors/ Suppliers
• Follow up and expedite Vendors/ Suppliers during package execution.
• Coordinate with Logistics Officer in Reviewing shipping documents.
• Interface with Engineering Team, QA/QC Team, Construction Team during package execution.
• Prepare payment documents as stipulated in the PO and transferred the documents to Account Dept. to make payment to Suppliers
• Prepare procurement report including RFQ status, PO status, Delivery Status, … etc.
• Carry out periodical re-evaluation to Vendor’s performance & ability.

b. Marketing:

• Assist in looking out for development and growth opportunities of Company in all aspects: increase brand exposure/awareness, increase database, etc…
• Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics.
• Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Coordinating internal marketing and an organization’s culture.

2. Key Competencies:

• University degree in Business, Commerce or related field
• 3-5 years’ relevant experiences.
• Knowledge of understanding of contracting procurement / expediting and marketing skill
• Written and verbal communication skills with extensive command of English and Vietnamese.
• Skill in personnel supervision, interface with related internal teams and management skilling
• Business-oriented, result-driven, flexible with passion to learn
• Understanding of international commercial terms, local regulations, ….
