KEY OBJECTIVES
1. Administration Duties
- Provide a personal, confidential secretarial & administration service to the President in respect of their internal and external activities.
- Strategic diary management and planning for the President, and when necessary, other persons as directed by the President.
- Undertake research for the President on specified topics and produce data/reports so as to provide the President with the necessary information on which to formulate views and make decisions.
- Access, enter data and produce reports from the various database systems.
- Initiate, facilitate and develop projects or initiatives as indicated by the President and act on their instruction in their absence as and when necessary.
- Secretarial support
- Hosting visitors
- Translating of documents
- Interpreting
- Other support as required by the President from time to time.
- Organise travel arrangements, assist with conference bookings, registration at exhibitions and seminars and regular liaison with others to ensure the President ordination of travel and schedules.
- You will be got the compensation for Personal Accident insurance and Health care insurance according to Company Financial Regulation
- Annual leave is 18 days per year for the period from 1st January to 31st December, exclusive of public holidays of Vietnam. You are entitled to annual leave on a pro-rata basis with 01(one) additional day for 05 (five) years of employment.
- Annual salary review based on employee's performance and contribution
- Working hour : 45 hour/week (Monday to Friday)

- Exceptional interpersonal skills as the postholder will routinely have to liaise externally with senior management from other companies as well as internally with personnel at all levels of the organisation.
- A high degree of tact and diplomacy are required and the ability to operate with the utmost discretion on issues of extreme personnel and organisational confidentiality.
- Calm under pressure and capable of thinking on their feet.
- Other personal attributes required include:
- flexibility and adaptability to prioritise conflicting demands
- A willingness to work irregular hours
- BA degree in Business Administration, English language, or similar disciplines
- Extensive experience of providing advanced secretarial and support at a senior management level two years or more in a similar role in manufacturing companies preferably shipbuilding.
- Advanced oral and written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Good time management and organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines whilst managing multiple tasks.
- Provide high quality output.
- Pleasant disposition with the ability to use discretion when required.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Ability to work both autonomously without supervision and/or as part of a team.
- Ability to manage the distribution of work, preparation of reports, documents, presentations and speeches to agreed deadlines.
- The ability to evaluate information and respond or reply using own initiative.
- Advanced planning, diary management and organisational skills involving high – profile events and visits up to 12 – 14 months ahead.
- Take responsibility for personal performance (including fitness for work) and the development of personal skills to ensure the required skills, knowledge and competence to fulfill the role.
