Minimum requirements:
- Education: Graduate in University of Labor and Social Affair or relevant degree with Credit level or above.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, honest and a team player attitude.
- Excellent knowledge of labor law, tax and social insurance regulations and relevant regulations.
- Strong time management ability and forward thinking with strong analytical and presentation ability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, word and power point
- Proficiency in English both written and spoken.
- Implement and monitor Labor Contract formalities.
- Manage and deliver payroll operations, benefits programs and relevant HR operations to meet compliance requirements.
- Involve in development and execute C&B policies and procedures for assigned departments/projects and be responsible for implementing, monitoring and following up for C&B related cases.
- Align and integrate the compensation system with applicable taxation, social insurance, leave, medical administration etc.
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects and assignment as required.
