- Fluent in written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
- Computing skills in full suite of MS Application (MS Project software knowledge is an asset)
- ERP (or BOM process) knowledge is an asset.
- Strong Process skills.
- People management skills.
- Ship building technical issues interest.
