The purpose of this role is to carry out the assigned duties, which include but no limit to:
  • Build up and manage a team of 10 workers, in charge of building complete mechanical systems of complete ships.
  • Make working plan (weekly & monthly) for the team in-charge.
  • Strongly organize the works to achieve HSE, Quality, Milestone and budget demanding targets in a challenging environment.
  • Develop the worker skills by providing on job training or offline training for them.
  • Work in deep cooperation with Engineering, Planning Department and other Departments to achieve the targets.
Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelor degree within Naval, Marine or General Engineering.
Experience Required:
  • Ship building or industrial experience.
  • People and work management experience
Other Requirements:
  • Very strong technical knowledge mechanical systems and machinery (engines, shaft lines, propellers, winche, etc.)
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • English/ computer knowledge is an asset.
  • Strong team spirit. (Coordination of works is a key point in our business)
  • Ship building technical issues interest.
