XL MANPOWER TIẾP TỤC TUYỂN DỤNG 02 COMMERCIAL OFFICER.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1- Commercial works

- Review customer’s enquiries to ensure requirements understood and translated into clear and definitive tender strategy in accordance with defined scopes of work.
- Contact Customers, Prepare budget cost break base on work scope
- Prepare quotation and contract administration send to Clients. Make sure all agreements will be adhered to the contract terms.
- Review, comment PO, SO, contract with clients.
- Prepare bidding documents as required by Commercial Manager or BOD, co-ordinate inputs from other groups to meet submission deadlines.


2- Purchasing of materials, equipment, and services

- In charge of Equipment and Materials procurement and call out Sub-contractors
- Take part in negotiation of commercial, dispute resolutions properly arising in connection with contract (if any)
- Review all contract issues with Clients & Vendors; consult & support legal matters within the scope of regulation of S.R. Vietnam Law and relevant International Law (if any) in connection with contracts. Support other departments to organize legal work in whole company’s system.
- Facilitate the interface of the Commercial Department with other departments.
- Provide accurate and timely information for direct Supervisor, Management Board.

3- Monitor of signed contracts:

- Make an Appendix if Clients have requires additional services
- Take partly in charge of preparation of payment document, make sure all payment document matching with signed contract/quotation.
- Monitor signed contract validation and revalidate if expired date.


4- Other works as assignment by manager/BOD:

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

- At least graduated full-time program university in major of Economics, Foreign Trade or Technical.
- At least 1 years of working experience in a relevant position in commercial works or procurement works.
- Advanced level knowledge of MS Office packages, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook, database management.
- Fluency in 4 skills of English: listening, speaking, reading and writing
- Excellent in communicational, organizational and negotiation skills
- Desire of working stably and permanently.
