The purpose of this role is to carry out the assigned duties, which include but no limit to:
  • As a part of the support team provide, 1st and 2nd line support on a wide variety of systems and technologies in close collaboration with colleagues in Viet Nam and globally.
  • Provide daily ICT services within:
    • 1st Level Support;
    • 2nd Level Support;
    • Access Management.
  • Register and classify received incidents and undertake an immediate effort to restore failed IT Service as quickly as possible.
  • Process Service Requests and keep users informed.
  • In collaboration with external suppliers, manage introduction of new services/ solutions.
  • Operationally supervise the activation and provision of ICT Services in the yard.
  • Manage incident/ service requests and sort out problems according to service levels negotiated.
Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelor or college degree in Information Technology or other relevant fields.
Other Requirements:
  • ICT knowledge within several areas like Windows OS on clients and servers, M365, Hybrid Azure AD, Intune, collaboration solutions like Teams, SharePoint, phone and video conferencing, etc.
  • Good ITSM knowledge in the ITIL framework; request, change, incident, and problem management.
  • Strong English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Customer focused.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Ability to absorb information and learn fast.
  • Adaptive (self-learning) with the ability to instruct others.
  • Proactive and able to take responsibility.
