Our client is a leading company in industrial field, they are growing fast locally as well as regional. Currently they are looking for a Senior Technical Service Supervisor with strong management and leadership skill.
- LOCATION: THANH HÓA
- SALARY: 1000 - 2000$
** Requirements:
+) Accredited University or Polytechnic Graduate in Mechanical Engineering.
+) English proficiency.
+) 5 -7 years hands-on experience in mechanical seal or related field on industrial scale.
+) Solid management skill (4 years experience proof)
+) Ideal candidate should possess some essential soft skills, including: planning, analytical, organized, teamwork, dedication, commitment, communication, adaptation and friendly.
** Main responsibilities:
- Ensure that our service centre is working effectively with legacy code, align with company standards and policies, comply local regulations and procedures.
- Establish and maintain a healthy relationship with customers by providing aid, support, as well as presale and after-sale on site service. Ensure that all of customers needs and requirements related to our products are fulfilled.
- Monitor, troubleshoot to optimally utilize of company assets, machineries and equipment.
- In charge of workshop service: support company subsidiaries during orders execution (achieve specification requirement, technical clarification, etc). End result: smooth transaction of the order and meeting customer delivery lead time.
- Report monthly service activity to Managing Director.
- Other tasks which may be assign on an ad-hoc basis.
