Minimum Competencies
- University graduated (preferred) and 3 years related experience in an industrial environment (preferably in the offshore or petrochemical / refinery industry).
- Working knowledge of regulatory and industry codes applicable to material handling.
- Recognized Training in handling of Dangerous Goods
- Experienced with computerized materials management systems.
- Demonstrated awareness and sensitivity to environmental health and safety issues.
- Effective communication skills (written, oral and computer).
- Proficient in English both written and spoken.
- Take delivery of Stock PO, carry out visual inspection, check against PO scope of supply, QA/QC requirements.
- Allocate received items in respective storage location in the warehouse with part label attached.
- Receive request from FPSO on stock items, collect the required items from storage and have them properly packed
- Carry out stock receiving in Maisy
- Coordination with offshore team for updating of PO s, spare parts, reconditioned equipment daily receiving, certificates, work completion reports
- Coordination with technical team members for specific inspection of parts receiving which is in high tech such as instrument, board, PLC
- Collect & prepare material/spares off the warehouse shelves, packing material/ spares into containers/boxes for sending to FPSO by boat or/and chopper

- Receive or transfer into stock on Maisy, Unload containers and indentify material whether for stock or reparation
- Provide sufficient support on requesting by offshore, base, onshore team. Track repaired and returned spare/equipment
- Issue cargo manifests with clear/sufficient info, Double check manifest against Maisy,
- Carry out planned inventory physical counts (VT warehouse). Report back to Material management team leader
- Coordination with technical team members for any analysis that need to proceed with specific spare and others
