MINIMUM COMPETENCIES:
1. AIMS Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline.
• At least 10 years’ experience as an asset integrity specialist in an operational capacity (Oil & Gas).
• Have a strong understanding of asset integrity management & reporting systems.
• EPCM (Engineering Procurement Construction Maintenance) onshore and offshore experience is essential.
• In depth understanding of all aspects of the integrity lifecycle, from developing and executing integrity management strategies, risk assessments, to inspection planning and management.
• Excellent communication and strong client facing skills.
• In depth knowledge of RBA (Risk Based Approach), RBI (Risk Based Inspection), RCA (Risk Assessment Code) programs.

2. Mechanical Engineer

• 
  
  • Significant experience as Chief Engineer, preferably with steam ship experience or previously as Marine Engineer superintendent, a degree qualification is desirable but not essential.
  • Technical professional within mechanic engineering with project and operations experience within the hydrocarbon processing sector.
  • Knowledge and skills of preventive, predictive and corrective marine maintenance techniques.
  • Knowledge and skills of RCM techniques.
