Dear HR Professionals,

PVD Training is currently looking for a qualified HR Officer to join our client’s team.

We are seeking candidates with strong hands-on experience in Personal Income Tax (PIT), Payroll, Insurance, and Expatriate Management, particularly Work Permit, Visa, and Temporary Residence Card (TRC) procedures.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in HR/Admin/Office Management
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in PIT, Payroll & Insurance
- Solid experience in Work Permit, Visa & TRC procedures for expatriates
- Good knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and HR compliance
- Good written and spoken English
- Experience in an international working environment is an advantage

Working Location: Sai Gon Ward, HCMC.
