Job purpose
- Our international Project located in Long Son – Ba Ria Vung Tau requires a HSE officer to deal with the health and safety aspects of the Project.
- Manage and distribute HSE documents Compile and prepare reports on weekly basis
- Ensure filing system is maintained and up to date
- Support HSSE team Launching HSE campaign
- Review and support for CONTRACTOR HSE procedure prior to approve and start project
- Coordinate closely with CONTRACTOR on the matter related to HSE procedure and implementation requirements as per HSEMS.
- Monitor HSE culture at the project site and ensure contractors’ compliance with Clients HSE policy, working procedures and standards within areas of influence and responsibility.
- Daily site inspections
- Participate and present in HSE meetings Daily Toolbox Meeting and Weekly Safety Meeting.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Good command of English skills (both speaking and writing skill)
- Minimum 1 year of working experience of Construction project
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel
- University degree
- Experience from HSE Officer
- Candidates without working experience but keen on this position will be considered
