We are currently looking for candidates of the following position: Production Operator
Job Description
- Be available within safety limitations to provide support as required for any installation activities necessary to maintain crew safety and operational efficiency. Ensure all work is conducted in full compliance with the JVPC Safety Management System, including platform safety regulations and positively support all safety initiatives and improvements.
- Operate and carry out production operations as directed by the Production Supervisor on the process and utilities plant in a safe and efficient manner.
- Communicate directly with Senior Production Staff advising them of any problems, activities and general operational status. Ensure that complete and accurate records of equipment operating parameter reading sheets are maintained, checked and signed each shift. Maintain an up to date Area Log Book.
- Responsibility for ensuring that a comprehensive hand over is given by production technicians at shift or crew change with all pertinent operational and maintenance information.
- Ensure that a copy of all relevant process drawings and documentation are available and maintained. Produce operating procedures and work instructions when required.
- Carry out the duty allocated by JVPC during emergencies of Emergency Response Team Leader.
- Support team performance by sharing knowledge and best practices and adopt flexible working attitude to provide support across all departments to ensure team success. Create, maintain & enhance effective working relations and identify and minimize interpersonal conflict. Maintain effective communication with peers and other work groups.
- Assist in all activities ensuring that installation safety is never compromised.

Job Requirement
- Intermediate, College, University or Higher Graduation.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same position.
- Good English skills both written & spoken.
- Able to work overtime and under pressure.
