4. Job description
4.1 Responsibilities
• Responsible for supporting, instructing the Project team in planning, executing and coordinating project activities as required ensuring project safety, quality, schedule and the company’s effectiveness.
• To be the focal point in receiving information between BOD and project management team; to be the focal point in handling special tasks or issues, which are out control and authority of the PMT; which need to have the final decision of the BOD.
• Manage and coordinate with other functional departments of the Company to utilize, execute, and coordinate various assigned resources in order to complete the project.
• Dispatch manpower and materials sensibly to ensure the project is implemented properly, meeting quality and safety requirements, meeting the schedule committed in order to benefit the company.
• Manpower arrangement base on approved budget.
• Supervise and speed up manpower at site to make sure the project schedule and quality.
• Take highest responsibility for manage project budget, deployment, following project schedule, quality, beauty and safety to meet all customer’s requirements and general conditions.
• Responsible for reporting to BOD of the Company on specific requirements.
• Other tasks are given as per the request from the company’s Director depending on each specific project, adjusted appropriately for the responsibilities and obligation of Project Manager.
4.2 Rights
• Has the right to manage all projects of company.
• Arrange meetings with clients and customer as a company’s representative.
• Review, estimate and consult to BOD about executing and budget plans/formulas, their feasibility and effect
