- TheincumbentshallreporttoGM/SalesManager.He/SheistoassistRegionalManagerin projects &/or orders as per the contract agree with the client
- Identify Client Procurement and Engineering team
- Register services and product with Client, ensure it’s regularly updated
- Meet with client focal person once every 2 weeks
- Make presentation of Product and Services offered
- Provide technical support for applications involving our product range
- Maintain inquiry log
- Preparation of tender documents as per Company standard.
- Review technical and commercial specifications along with enquiry.
- Maintain quotation log for analysis. Submit weekly report with analysis.
- Follow up with Customers and review of Technical and Commercial clarifications under the supervision of the Manager.
- Support to the Procurement department after order award with preparation of sales order
- To liaise with customers, suppliers and sub-contractors prior execution of projects.
- Developandmaintaincloseworkingrelationshipsonaproactivebasiswithregional support persons
- Observinginstructionsissuedbythecompanywithrespecttotidinessandorder, working hours, company property, other related matters and ensuring compliance by others within the Department.
- Undertake and ad-hoc assignment & other duties as and when required or directed byManager.
- Prepare quotations
- Prepare sales order
- Academic Qualifications (BasicDegree/Diploma etc): Possess Bachelor Degree in Engineering – Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation
- RelevantWork Experience: Minimum 3 years supporting or directly involved with Technical Sales
- Have work experience at least 3 year preferably in Oil and
- Gas Industry
- Sound technical proposal writing.
- Communicate effectively with both management & client – both written & oral.
- Able to maintain client relationships.
- Able to discuss technical problems with clients & recommend action to be taken.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Must excel in a fast-paced, agile environment where critical thinking and strong problem solving skills are required for success.
- Innovative thinker who is positive, proactive, and readily embraces change.
- Able to work as part of a team and with minimum supervision.
- Be able to receive instructions and execute efficiently and effectively.
- Good technical understanding on product knowledge
- Able to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instruction I written, oral or diagram form.
