Do yêu cầu phát triển kinh doanh, công ty NDT INSTRUMENTS VIỆT NAM, có nhu cầu đăng tuyển cho một vị trí trợ lý kinh doanh - NDT SALES CO-ORDINATOR.

Mô tả công việc

Job Scope

• Create, issue and handle quotations, invoices, purchase orders, payment vouchers, credit notes, debit notes, AR Receipt voucher etc.
• Handle all import and export procedures of goods purchased and sold in the company
• Follow up with customers to check status of their inquiry/ request for quotation
• Liaise and work with Singapore Headquarters
• Communicate with to customers to find out their requirements
• Assist in creating and conducting Sales and Marketing activities
• Able to work on their own without supervision, self-motivated, independent, & able to plan own work. Applicants must have the initiative to get tasks done without reminder or instructions from Managers.
• Manage database of customers, update opportunities list
• Make sales phone calls to potential customers to introduce our products
• Assist in strategizing sales plans
• Work with Accounting and Admin Manager as and when required
• Meticulous and careful
• Assist Country Manager in all ad-hoc tasks
• Report to Country Manager
  • Applicants with knowledge and experience in Non-Destructive Testing will be given priority.
  • The successful candidate will be working in a friendly office environment and provided with plenty of learning experiences. The company offers a good work-life balance. Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed at our office.

Yêu cầu:

• Tiếng Anh lưu loát (nghe nói đọc viết).
• Có kinh nghiệm ít nhất 3 năm trong công việc tương đương.
• Hiểu biết và có kinh nghiệm về xuất nhập khẩu, nhất là hàng công nghiệp.
• Hiểu biết về INCOTERMS, hợp đồng thương mại, lập kế hoạch, giao tiếp khách hàng, viết báo cáo thương mại...
• Ưu tiên cho ứng viên có kinh nghiệm kiến thức về NDT/ thiết bị dầu khí, công nghiệp.
• Sẵn sàng học hỏi cái mới, tinh thần tích cực, cầu tiến, có thể chịu đi công tác xa. (Trong, ngoài nước).
