Main job functions:
- Provide subject matter expertise for all Marine operations activities such as rig move, anchor handling,
- Provide subject matter expertise for FSO/FPSO management, O&M and offtake
- Support the selection process and audits for contractors & vessels within the area of Marine services, operating within Offshore Production Assets i.e. preparation of biddings, and Technical evaluation.
- Provide technical expertise for all Marine operations & related aspects of facilities design during campaigns or projects
- Provide subject matter expertise for Marine related emergencies, including testing of contingency plans.
- Provide subject matter expertise for Marine Operations Manuals and Procedures. Check and confirm compliance with applicable Marine standards and regulations.
- Participate in all Marine-related Incident Investigations or Risk Management Activities (HIRA, HAZID, HAZOP, Task Risk Assessment ...).
- Update and advise on International & Country of operation Marine laws and regulation.
