I&C Commissioning Engineer – Vietnam – CFPP – Immediate Start

• JDR Energy are currently supporting a leading consultancy in the search for a I&C Commissioning Engineer to work on an ultra-supercritical coal-fired power plant based in Vietnam.

Job Description:
I&C Commissioning Engineer – Vietnam – CFPP – Immediate Start

• Ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with the EHS System
• Managing allocated subordinates and their team and sub-contractors
• Supporting in the planning and management of commissioning schedule
• Ensuring accurate and appropriate tooling & resources are utilised and handled correctly
• Managing and reporting of time and cost of planned and emergent work
• Communicating internally and with the customer in a professional manner
• Performing commissioning according to the specifications and engineering documents, taking into account the safety instructions and local regulations
• Coordinating all commissioning tasks with other members of the commissioning team and support all commissioning team members with all works related to control and instrumentation
• Reporting of any technical deviations and non-conformances

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in engineering
• Previous experience with CFPP
• Extensive knowledge of I&C equipment & systems
• Previous experience with supercritical coal-fired plants
• Experience with ENGIE (former GDF Suez) is preferred
