Team Management:
Manage a team of workers in charge of the following tasks:
+ Install insulation (pins, rockwool, cladding);
+ Install ventilation system: mounting spiral pipe, HVAC equipment, etc;
+ Pre-Outfitting: pining, welding support, etc;
Other Duties:
Achieve demanding targets in HSE, timekeeping and cost, ensuring a world-class quality level.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree within HVAC (Thermoelectric cooling major), Marine or Mechanical engineer.
Experience in:
+ Ventilation works (HVAC equipment), insulation;
+ Specially in installation HVAC spiral duct and thin duct;
+ People management and work organization;
+ Knowledge of Marine Accommodation is highly advantagous.
Skills & Competencies:
+ Fluent in spoken and written English;
+ Basic computer and AutoCAD knowledge;
+ Careful mindset focused on the highest quality standard;
+ Take ownership at work.
