- Experience required minimum 7 years in Refinery operation with 2 years’ experience as jetty operator, terminal operator or loading master which includes not only routine operation but also trouble-shooting, trial operation.
- Experience required minimum 1 year in physical ship inspection based on OCIMF SIRE/non-SIRE (not required for insurance, class survey)
- Passionate dedication to maintaining safe operations enforcing strict conformance with all government regulations, and applicable company procedures and policies.
- Physical ship inspection skill based on OCIMF SIRE Programme
- Knowledge about structure and the function of oil tanker
- Ship Loading/Unloading, commissioning and start-up.
- Ability to teach skills to freshmen and exhibits patience.
- Report writing and presentation skills
- English skills IELTS 6.0 or equivalent
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
