Specific Accountabilities: (Results this role is expected to accomplish)
• Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the Company Management System Procedures.
• Ensure that system and data security is adequately maintained in accordance with Company Policy.
• Take a proactive role in providing support for daily operations.
• Proactively advise departmental personnel on best methods of managing and reporting of data.
• Develop spreadsheets and maintain performance data.
• Act as site team / offshore document focal point including redline mark ups, TQ and MOC
• Administer the rota for offshore crew including leave swap requests and absence forms
• Coordinate time sheet submissions and check against rota for accuracy prior to seeking OIM signature.
• Monitor site maintenance related computer software/hardware developments and advise management accordingly. Act as focal point for IT support.
• Ensure adequate stock and supplies of IT equipment, office stationary, work control documents and consumables.
• Daily and weekly coordination of operations group drivers
• Organize meetings, events and facilities under instruction of OIM.
Minimum Competencies: (Skills required to accomplish this role effectively)
• University graduated in technical engineering or relevant.
• Have 3 -5 years in relevant technical authority position or equivalent.
• Have a sufficient level of education and training in their field of work, in addition to work experience as a technician.
• Hold a high level of computer and IT skills.
• Proficient in English both written and oral.
• Effective communication skills both oral and verbal.
• Demonstrate awareness and sensitivity to environmental, health and safety issues.
• Teamwork skills and behavior that support a team based organization.
• Be very organized, structured and able to appreciate time management.
