What You Will Do
What You Will Do
- Successful applicants will work on either construction or architecture works of projects.
- Define client requirements & prepare the project specifications.
- Design construction plan/procedures/MOS & quality assurance plan.
- Plan construction supervision (quality, safety, process, cost).
- Plan for all required activities to ensure project delivery to target.
- Plan & manage resources both internally and all sub contractors. Co-ordinate the activities of all project team members to meet deadlines
- Apply authority’s requirements to Government Office.
- Oversee works from construction to handing over.
- Schedule and control the progress of EPC works (Engineering, Procurement, Construction).
- Other duties as assigned by Managers.
- Workplace: Ho Chi Minh office, Hanoi Branch or at Project site.

- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Construction or other job related field.
- At least three years working experience at site in construction project of plant and/or factory.
- Candidates who have experience working for Japanese companies, and/or abilities to design/check design drawing are prevailed.
- Good command in English.
- Leadership, management skill, can work under high pressure
- High responsibility, quickly reaction in solving problem
- Willing to go on far/long business trip for Company’s projects.
