MARKET RESEARCH AND BUDGET FOR DEPARTMENT

- Analyze historical sales data

- Forecast demand base on published statistics

- Compare and contrast competitors’ products and specifications

- Prepare annual sales budget for domestic sales. This is to be followed up with a monthly review

- Select advertising format and magazine for advertisement for maximum impact. A quarterly review of advertising campaign is to be made

- Coordinate any exhibitions/trade fairs that the company participates in quarterly review of advertising campaign is to be made

- Plan and monitor other promotional activities such as publicity posters, free samples and gifts, product demonstration, sponsorship, lucky draw, etc

SALES

- Organize, administer and implement company’s sales objectives and branch management

- Develop maximum profitable sales to current and potential customers

- Supervise salesmen by directing their efforts towards meeting prescribed sales targets

- Establish effective after sales service by sales staff arrangement.
- Monitor customer opinion and requirement.

- Attend to customers complaints and solve the problem.
- Develop customer loyalty.

- Cater for technical training of sales staff.

- Maintain the ISO standards for the sales department.

- Establish proper sales reporting system by sales personnel.

- Ensure sales target are reached.
- Ensure that accounts receivables are collected promptly.

- Liaise with logistics department to ensure that adequate and appropriate stock level is kept. Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management.

Kinh nghiệm/Kỹ năng chi tiết

- University degree or above.
- Have 5 - 7 years of experience in sales duties and management position.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
- Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
- Very good at English Skills ( Speaking & Writing).
- Good at Microsoft office software.
* Success candidate will join the training course in HaNoi for 01 month.
