Mô tả:
- Ensure that D & E’s drawings supply meets work shop production requirements
- Plan workshop production work, consistent with master Production Schedule under the instruction from Assist piping manager.
- Coordinate with Material Controller, check and confirm all piping materials, fittings, valves, etc. shown on P & IDs
- Organise and direct Pipe shop workers to fabricate, weld, test and galvanise pipeworks.
- Arrange the spools/piping sent to Gal and Acid cleaning
- Liaise with QC regarding the work shop testing.
- Ensure quality and workmanship complies with good marine practices and per SSY’s current Shipbuilding Quality Standards & Practices Manual, or other recognized manuals.
- Arrange daily job to the foreman.
- Report to Assist Piping manager the progress, planning etc.
- Arrange to Maintenance the workshop equipment
- Coordinate with the safe department for the safety instruction
Yêu cầu:
– University/ College, major in Naval Architecture/ Marine Engineering
– 2 – 5 year working experience in same position in Shipbuilding
– Understanding bending machine well.
– Have strongly 3-D imaginative faculty as per 2-D drawing.
– Understand the working shop pipe fabricate flow rate well
