    The purpose of this role is to carry out the assigned duties, which include but no limit to:
    • Prepare steel outfit, arrangement and safety plan drawing packages for submission to Classification Societies.
    • Prepare weight estimates with a focus on outfit weight estimating.
    • Take part in projects technical reviews and demonstrate leadership and inter-discipline understanding.
    • Participate in team working environment, both intra-office and inter-office.
    Qualifications Required:
    • Bachelor degree within Naval, Marine or Mechanical engineer.
    Experience Required:
    • Have experience on outfit design, typically with five to ten years post-graduation experience in shipyards or engineering offices.
    Other Requirements:
    • Have knowledge of Classification Society Rules, IMO Regulations and other relevant industry standards.
    • Have an advanced working knowledge of 2D drafting (AutoCAD) and 3D modeling.
    • Fluent in written and spoken English and can complete work within budget and deadlines.
    • Accountability – Takes responsibility for work activity, follows through on commitments and implements decisions that have been agreed upon. Maintains confidentiality with sensitive information.
    • Communication – Clearly and effectively communicates to ensure that key and critical information is shared in a timely fashion.
    • Adaptability – Continuously adapts behavior and approaches to address the specific situations.
