The purpose of this role is to carry out the assigned duties, which include but no limit to:

¢ Participate in Emergency Response Team;

¢ Be responsible for HSE issues of assigned New Building;

¢ Investigate incident and report to manager;

¢ Carry out regular site tours;

¢ Coordinate with Third party inspector for verifying/ calibrating the machines, equipment with strict labour safety requirements;

¢ Be responsible for inputting Safety Observation report, Toolbox talk report and HSE inspection reports, etc., into database and follow up with corrective actions;

¢ Control “Permit To Work” document;

¢ Additional activities to be defined later. Attend in the team to build up yearly labour protection plan, observation of its performing.

Qualifications Required:

¢ College Degree (or equivalent qualification) in Engineering or Science.

Experience Required:

¢ Ship building or industrial experience.

¢ At least 03 years working experienced in medium to heavy manufacturing environment;


Other Requirements:

¢ Knowledge of national HSE regulations;

¢ First Aid skill;

¢ Firefighting and Fire protection skill;

¢ Risk assessment skill;

¢ Knowledge of international HSE regulations and standards such as Iso 14001, Ohsas 18001; ISO 45001.

¢ Training and presentation skills;

¢ Self-management skill;

¢ Computer skills.
