We're hiring 02 potitions: 1 Instrument Engineer and 2 Instrument Designers.
I. POSITION
1. Instrument Engineer
Requisite:
- Basic degree in Engineering related to Control Systems & Instrumentation or Electrical
- Minimum three (3) years experience in Instrument engineering and design in the Oil & Gas, Refineries, Petrochemical, Chemical and/ or related industries.
- Knowledge of process instrumentation and control system functional applications in industry
- Knowledge in the use of MSExcel/ MS Access in instrument engineering deliverable preparation
Skills:
- Assist the senior engineer in Instrument engineering activities.
- Prepare Instrument deliverables e.g. Instrument Datasheet, Instrument Index, System I/O lists
- Assist with instrument sizing/calculation
- Review/Check instrument details on P&IDs, to verify completeness and consistency of symbols and representation.
- Review/Check Instrument Index, System I/O lists for completeness and correctness.
- Procurement support e.g. Technical Clarification, Technical Bid Evaluation methodology, Vendor data review and incorporate.
2. Instrument Designer
Requisite:
- Diploma in Engineering (preferable Instrumentation and Control or Electrical) with 4 years drafting experience or
- Diploma in Mechanical Design and Drafting with 4 years drafting experience or
- Certificate in Draughtsmanship of AUTOCAD Application with 5 years drafting experience
- Basic knowledge on 3D software like PDS/PDMS
Skills:
- Able to use 3D tools (PDS/PDMS) to model cable ladder/tray.
- Able to use 3D tools (PDS/PDMS) to model offline instruments.
- Prepare 2D drawings: cable routing, tubing routing, instrument location layout, instrument installation details, hook-ups, wiring/termination and cable schedule.
- Generate Instrument bulk MTO
- Responsible for accuracy of drawing in term of drafting and design aspect.
- Responsible for accuracy of 3D model in term of design aspect.
- Coordination with other discipline related to 3D model issue.
II. BENEFIT:
- Salary Negotiation
- The company will give accommodation (single status) + allowance in case of working out of office, - OT may be pay by cast or recovery leave 1:1, it depends on management approval, HR will discuss detail later on.
- Working time: 8h/day, 5days/wk , flexible working time
